Double Page Spread Analysis 1.

This double page spread works well with my theme as it has a strong female artist on, covering most of a page. Her pose bending forward and looking straight at the camera indicated that she is not vunerable but strong and a well known artist, as a result she bring her fans to view the magazine raising publicity. The head master also takes up most of the other page using the black squares with the letting cut out of it in capital letters however the size varies making it more informal and a casual modern theme. By the title being a quote it involves the reader as it is almost like she is talking to them, also the big 'I' starting the article . There is only a bit of layer from the title onto the photograph but you can still see the main part of the image very clearly. Important details are highlighted in red and bold making them stand out, and also relate to her shirt she is wearing complimenting eachother on the page. By placing the writing and article in column it makes the text look shorter and more people, such as the younger generation, will be convinced to read it. However it looks insignifcant compared to the title and photograph and it has such a small space in comparison on the page.
